10/16/2010 - Authorization for the clinical trial "TherGAP"
InvivoGen Therapeutics and the Toulouse University Teaching Hospital (CHU de Toulouse) have obtained authorization from the French regulatory authority (AFSSAPS) for the pilot study of a clinical trial for genetic therapy of locally advanced pancreatic adenocarcinoma. This study involves an intra-tumoral injection of a PEI/DNA complex inducing anti-tumor activity by sensitization to the chemotherapeutic agent Gemzar. The first patients will be enrolled in the protocol from December 2010.

4/20/2007 - Certification for the "TherGAP"
InvivoGen Therapeutics obtains certification for the "TherGAP": pilot study of pancreatic adenocarcinoma gene therapy" project from the Cancer-Bio-Health Cluster.

12/26/2006 - 3-year funding from the Cancer-Bio-Health Cluster
InvivoGen Therapeutics receives a 3-year funding of 657 k€ from the Cancer-Bio-Health Cluster for the "IgA therapy: production of monoclonal IgA antibodies" project.
