InvivoGen Therapeutics is dedicated to the research, development and manufacturing of gene therapy and immunotherapy products for the treatment of serious and life-threatening diseases.

The initial focus of InvivoGen Therapeutics is the development of next generation plasmid vectors for the treatment of cancers and genetic diseases. Our innovative non-viral gene therapy approach offers substantial improvements over existing therapies in terms of safety and efficacy. The first phaseI/II clinical trial is expected to start early 2008.

InvivoGen Therapeutics has also established collaborations to develop a new class of recombinant monoclonal antibodies which are therapeutically and economically more effective to treat diseases such as cancers and inflammation.

InvivoGen Therapeutics is a new division of Cayla-InvivoGen, a privately held French biotechnology company. The division benefits from Cayla-InvivoGen’s unique blend of competencies in areas such as vector design and DNA production, acquired over its thirty years of existence.
