R&D Collaborations

InvivoGen Therapeutics has established several ongoing research and development collaborations sponsored by the Cancer-Bio-Health Cluster of Toulouse.

I2MR - INSERM U858 (Toulouse - France)
InvivoGen Therapeutics and the French Institute for Health and Medical Research (Institut National de la Santé et de la Recherche Médicale / INSERM) U858 are collaborating since 2000 to develop a gene therapy strategy for the treatment of pancreatic cancer. This strategy is based on the dck::umk suicide gene coupled to the chemotherapeutic agent gemcitabine. A phase I/II clinical trial to evaluate this strategy (TherGAP) is expected to start in 2008.

UMR-CNRS-6101 (Limoges - France)
InvivoGen Therapeutics has initiated a collaboration with the joint research unit UMR-CNRS-6101 for the development of immunoglobulin A (IgA) as research reagents and therapeutic agents.
